The official Oshkosh Sesquicentennial 2003 coin will be on sale September 1, 2002, just in time for the holiday shopping season! The two sides of the coin (shown above) commemorate 150 years of Oshkosh history.

Congratulations to University of Wisconsin Oshkosh student Gretchen Christopherson. Gretchen submitted the winning design for the coin, which depicts Oshkosh's lumber history.

The coin will be minted in bronze, silver and gold and will be available at:
